We had a wonderful time at the beginning and end of our fantastic Alaska journey. The room was super clean and the hosts, Elizabeth and Bing, could not have been nicer or more helpful. The breakfasts were amazing and very filling! They were great at accommodating our varied dietary restrictions and even double checked ahead of time to make sure what they were making would be acceptable. We had Bing cater a special vegetarian meal for our final dinner in Alaska and it was delicious!! With little notice, Elizabeth was able to wash some of laundry so we could continue on our trip with clean clothes! We will definitely be back!

I would say this was the best stay at any B&B that we have ever visited. Elisabeth and Bing are amazing hosts. Our daughter was married in Juneau and we all stayed at the Inn. Bing and Elisabeth also hosted the wedding dinner at the Inn after we returned from the wedding ceremony. It rivaled any five star restaurant I’ve been to. It was a magical night to remember thanks to our hosts who went above and beyond to make it special. You are in for a special treat if you stay at the Capital Inn.

Elisabeth and Bing were phenomenal hosts who went above and beyond to ensure every part of our experience was special. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was having them host a private dinner for just our immediate family on the night of the wedding. They put so much care and thought into every detail, from helping us choose the perfect plates and tablecloths to guiding us to the best local spots for flower centerpieces and wine. The meal they prepared was hands down the best food we had in Juneau—Elisabeth and Bing truly outdid themselves. The warmth and hospitality they showed us made the entire evening incredibly meaningful, and it's something we will always treasure….

….Beyond that amazing dinner, they were full of fantastic recommendations for places to eat and explore around town. My husband and I, as fellow adventurous spirits, loved hearing about their own travels and life experiences. Not only were they kind and fun to be around, but they also shared such wisdom and offered heartfelt advice that left a lasting impression on us. They truly lit up every room they walked into, especially during breakfast.

For anyone looking for a truly special place to stay for their wedding, look no further than Alaska's Capital Inn Bed & Breakfast with Elisabeth and Bing. The Cabin Room we stayed in was private, romantic, and the perfect retreat after our wedding festivities. It was a one-of-a-kind experience, made unforgettable by two of the most thoughtful and wonderful hosts we’ve ever met.

What a delightful place and such lovely hosts. We spent 3 days and nights here, and what a refreshing change from the bland chain hotels which proliferate. It's a lovely old place with some beautiful furnishings and artwork, and just a short walk from the main town. Hosts Elisabeth and Bing looked after us really well, and went out of their way to cater for our eccentric dietary habits, with chef Bing creating some exquisite breakfast offerings. On our final day we had to leave early but they left us a breakfast to go in the fridge. And they also have free house wine on tap. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week Alaskan adventure.
